Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fable, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Fable.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fable. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Fable only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You may not use Fable if you are barred from using the service under applicable law.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, activity, and the accuracy of information you provide. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Fable, users, or third parties.

Fable lets users create, discover, and interact with AI characters, scenes, worlds, generated media, voice features, memories, simulations, and related tools. We may change, suspend, discontinue, limit, or remove features at any time.

Some Fable features may be experimental, beta, incomplete, or subject to change. We may impose limits, change model availability, adjust safety systems, remove content, or discontinue features without liability to you.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload, subject to any rights held by others. You grant Noetic Technologies Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, perform, distribute, and create derivative works from your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, secure, and support Fable.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to upload, publish, or use it. Do not submit confidential information or third-party personal information unless you have permission.

You represent and warrant that your content and your use of Fable will not violate law, infringe rights, or breach any agreement you have with a third party.

Fable uses AI systems that may generate inaccurate, offensive, unexpected, or similar outputs for different users. AI output is not professional advice and should not be relied on for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.

Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs generated for you through Fable, but you are responsible for reviewing them and ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

Fable is for creative, entertainment, roleplay, productivity, and exploratory uses. It is not a substitute for professional advice, emergency services, therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or safety-critical decision-making. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

You may not use Fable to:

• Violate laws, rights, contracts, or platform rules.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.
• Create or distribute sexual content involving minors or content that sexualizes real people without consent.
• Generate instructions for real-world violence, weapons, self-harm, illegal activity, or evading safety systems.
• Upload malware, scrape, spam, overload, probe, or interfere with Fable systems.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation, origin, or authority.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Reverse engineer, extract models, bypass rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use Fable for employment, credit, housing, insurance, criminal justice, medical, legal, or other high-impact decisions about people.
• Use generated content to deceive people into thinking it was created by a specific real person without authorization.

We may use automated systems, human review, rate limits, content filters, account restrictions, and other measures to enforce these Terms and protect Fable. We may remove or restrict content, suspend accounts, preserve records, or report activity when we believe it is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or risky.

Fable may include settings or features for mature fictional content. Those features are subject to our safety rules, availability limits, and applicable law. We may remove content or restrict access when we believe it violates these Terms or creates risk.

If you publish characters, scenes, worlds, images, tags, profile details, or other content publicly, other users may view, interact with, save, remix, report, or share it within Fable. We may moderate, rank, recommend, or remove public content at our discretion.

If you believe content on Fable violates your rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact tony@getnoetic.ai with enough information for us to review the issue. We may remove or restrict content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Fable may offer paid features, usage limits, rate limits, credits, subscriptions, or spending controls. Prices, limits, models, availability, and included features may change. Any payment terms shown at checkout or in-product are incorporated into these Terms. Unless a separate written policy says otherwise or law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

Fable may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, AI models, image generation, voice, analytics, and other functionality. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant Noetic Technologies Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Fable, including its software, design, branding, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by Noetic Technologies Inc. or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Noetic Technologies Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, your use of Fable, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using Fable at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used Fable in a harmful or unlawful way. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Fable is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Fable will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noetic Technologies Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or use, arising from or related to Fable or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to Fable or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use Fable in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at tony@getnoetic.ai and try to resolve the dispute informally. Include your name, account email, a description of the dispute, and the relief you seek.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You and Noetic Technologies Inc. agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

You may not use Fable in violation of export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, and that you are not on a restricted-party list.

These Terms and any additional terms presented in-product are the entire agreement between you and Noetic Technologies Inc. about Fable. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, but we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of Fable after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
